Looks like the dirtwork and pile of materials behind Family Video have finally materialized. Foundation has been poured and it looks kind of strip mall-ish. Any ideas on what's going in?

Here's what I found on the city manager report... My first comment got lost in the updates a few weeks back.

Classen Crossings Apartments and Retail Addition, a PUD
This development is generally located south of Constitution Street on the west side of South Classen Blvd. The project will consist of residential multi-story units with required parking on 2.65 acres. This will be a gated community. The drive approach serving the residential development will provide ingress and egress to South Classen Blvd. The remainder of the property consists of 1.28 acres and is proposed for commercial development.The design indicates a retail store and restaurant.
