    I had thought "basement" but I don't see one in the plans, so I bet some sort of storage tanks are a possibility given the previous use of the property...

    They installed the crane today (or yesterday). Pretty cool to see this crane there along with another one just south a block. Might be a good photo op for a drone...

    This will be an interesting development. I really like it. With the Mercedes Benz dealership about to move, I wonder what will become of the existing structure?
