    I noticed several weeks ago that work was being done on this building, and I took a few photos this morning.

    Yes! First thing they did was to pave the parking lot a couple of weeks ago. Let's hope it's going to be a good renovation/restoration. We live in the 200 block, so would love to see something really nice!

    That's a Jeff Johnson (Mideke, other buildings in and around Brikctown) building.

    He does things right.


    Pretty sure this is 4 1-bed apartments.

    There are a couple buildings like this one right there, they'd be great residential if they were fixed up properly.

    Is that block not zoned as residential?

    I believe this property is c4 with an hl overlay.
