Hefner Parkway North Construction and Lights

Dear God in Heaven. Who set the light timers on these lights from Crossings north....Its like they've been set on an 8 minute timer...No matter the traffic!!!!! You sit there forever...even in the middle of the night.....

There are no sensors (obviously) since these are temp lights. Currently they're set I believe for maximum flow on the N/S portions during peak hours. I sat for about 5 minutes EB on 164th yesterday going to church, with no traffic going N/S on 74. Annoying but part of construction.
