I noticed new shopping center being built right in front of a new neighborhood Avondale N.E 21 and eastern . Does anyone know whats going to be going in that place? I remember awhile ago someone mention a restaurant bar was looking into that area but didn't know if plans feel through with that and now maybe a shopping center is going in
