Taco Truck Scam

Not really sure what the deal here is but a taco truck that travels around the country and offers packages of shirts and drinks along with tacos is apparently leaving a trail of unhappy customers in its wake. Many are referring to it as a complete scam so I wanted to share here so people can look into it further:

i'd be pretty happy if the ballpark was the one that pulled the plug.
