The new Comfort Inn nearing completion. Surely a delightful development for the eating establishments in the area. Palomino's Mexican Restaurant is just across the street. A big help for many businesses in the area was the opening two years ago of a large attractive, townhouse style apartment complex for students, located about a half mile north of there.


Mattress Firm is located on N. Perkins Rd. next to Buffalo Wild Wings


It was formerly a drug store bought by Walgreen's, now divided into two restaurants.

Not all of it yet ready for prime time is Prime Place, located between OSU and Main St. It has a multi-level parking garage not in view. Blocks away in the neighborhood of 4th and Hester St., another mid level apartment project may be in the planning stage, since the area was recently rezoned to allow structures up to 100 ft. in height.
