Dirt being moved around on Sw59th and May

Im not holding out hope for it being anything good at all cause Im realistic here but does anyone know what is being built on the northwest cornerish of Sw59th and may next to the crappy run down convenient store and across the street from the rundown shopping center with the new gym in it.

I believe that is mini storage.

If it is the lot to the west of the car wash, then yes, this appears to be a new mini-storage facility. County Assessor records show that the lot is owned by "STORURSTUFF.COM LLC"; they bought this parcel approximately 2 months ago.
