Thread: New Building NW of LA Fitness

Moore New Building NW of LA Fitness

I have noticed a new building to the NW of LA Fitness kind of in front of the new apartments on NW 19th?? It's sort of where I thought WinCo is supposed to be going, but the building doesn't look as large as I would expect WinCo to be, plus there hasn't been any news about them breaking ground in Moore, etc...

Anyone know what this new building is?

    This is the WinCo site:

Is that the location to which you are referring?

Is this possibly the new At Home (Garden Ridge) store?

The new building I'm referring to actually sits back a little further than the outlined WinCo property (outside the NE corner) .

I'm not sure where the new At Home store is supposed to be built. I guess that could be it? No signs were visible from 19th St. that I noticed.

The address is 725 SW 19TH ST MOORE 73160 which is owned by ROYAL PARK BUSINESS DEV, LLC

I thought it might be the Your Pie but they list that address as 761 Southwest 19th St. Hideaway is suppose to be further down so not sure what it is.

On the far NW corner off of the Winco site is a new automotive store going up. I think it is AutoZone, but, not certain on that.

Auto Zone is already substantially completed. It's further to the west of the "mystery building". AZ also fronts up to 19th St.

I have been searching for an answer on this for a couple weeks now..definitely doesnt look big enough to be the winco or at home by garden ridge, but then again the distance from the street could make the size decieving. Maybe it is the at home?

The two smaller lots directly west of LA Fitness have not sold. Still owned by the same group that bought and platted all that property years ago, then has been gradually selling to businesses.

You can see the two lots below:

Thought it was a Goodwill store.

Yup! Just confirmed this with Councilman Mark Hamm. It's going to be a Goodwill.

Damn! Is Goodwill going for the title of Ubiquitous? or is the need out there? is this a good use of what I'm sure are scarce funds? do these make money for them?

Theres actually not an actual Goodwill retail store in Moore, only donation centers.. so I'm excited about it. I think they do make quite a bit of money...it's always so packed whenever I go into a Goodwill. I imagine this one will be quite busy with how built up 19th now is.
