12th and Broadway

This is a good reuse of land project that was completed about a year to year-and-a-half ago. I believe the wall materials are all concrete rather than stucco, and it has the fashionable metal awnings that are all the rage these days. This project has set vacant since completion. I did, however notice that the for lease signs had come down this week. I asked someone on staff at the Legacy Cleaners next door if she know what was going in the storefronts but she had no idea. She did notice concrete work being done in doors however (it was just bare ground beforehand). The 15th and Broadway have a lot of cool shops and eateries in the vicinity, so I'm eager to see what's going in. Does anybody know?

They recently put a sign up on this development. It is going to be a Mill Creek Flooring.
