I checked out their website. Cheapest apartment is $844/month. Some are over $1000/month. That should keep out the riffraff.

These are the exact same layout and pricing as the new Icon apartments there on Indian Hills and Telephone / 36th N.W. I know they are owned by the same company but at least have a little variety being a mile apart.

After watching the video, I think that near, close to, easy access to ___________, is in reference their properties scattered around the metro. However, when applied to this complex only, that is obviously misleading.

A lot of apartments start off as nice and expensive. Its 10 to 20 years later where they sometimes turn into crap.

Some of this is a bit misleading, but it's a marketing issue. The video is generic to Case and Associates. They have complexes all over OKC so when they say it's near something, they probably have a property near there to offer to you.

The catch is, they just threw the same text into a specific complex, which is obviously NOT near a lot of these things. They just need to clean up the marketing a bit. It would make more sense to say "near 19th street, near Sooner Mall, etc." But then you have to maintain lists like that for every property...which means more website work...and they're probably paying for changes to the site.
