New development to open in 2016 in Las Colinas (Dallas suburb) and will be operated by Live Nation. Will feature a 4,000 indoor concert venue which can be opened up in the summer and expanded to 8,000. Will also have a comedy club, movie theatre and 20 restaurant options.
