Obviously the COOP site is still dirt and there hasn't been a canal extension but I didn't know if MAPS 4 had funding for an aquarium or something.

I have driven by this several times now Love the building but that siding? Is it different colors or is it just reflecting different colors? Either way...it looks dirty. Even in the picture that Pete posted...look at the Classen side towards the bottom. However....it is great infill and use of the corner and I am sure it will fill up.

Looks like they are ready to start moving tenants into the western section while they finish on the east end.

They have decided to convert the ground-floor space on the east end to three apartments. It was to be a restaurant at one point.
