Saw this signage this past weekend while eating at Mexico Joe's.

After doing some research, I found the Vista Host Inc. development company planning to build a Home2 Suites in Stillwater. Also found an agenda from a Keystone Engineering parking study. This states the hotel will have 109 rooms. I find it an odd location between the Starbucks and the Chili's.
