Going west on I-44 right before you go around the curve past the Valliance Bank tower you can see all four tower cranes in the area, both the two at this site and the two at Baptist.

One of the best views in all of Oklahoma City. If Belle Isle ever gets a substantial development and the Mall adds a hotel, driving through here would feel like a much bigger city.

^ First photo really shows how this project is going to transform the feel of that entire area. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Living so close, I can't get over the almost daily change to the feel of the area.

No matter how many renderings you see, when a project of this size starts to create mass it's always a bit hard to get used to.

Maybe an early AM concrete pour?? Best time to do it for concrete plant and traffic reasons.

On another note, it's a shame that large parcel across May from Target is going to be fast food joints. It would make an amazing residential / mixed-use development. Really wish developers had better land-use imagination sometimes.

They’re teasing an incoming announcement of some kind on their Instagram page. Wonder what it is…

This is not the kind of development that is going to have an IKEA.

That belongs somewhere off I 235 North or Memorial Road.

I asked and it's nothing major...

I suspect it will be something like the green space landscaping.

They should have a couple of announcements in the near future, but that tease has nothing to do with what I already know (but can't share just yet).

The landscaping piece is one of the reasons I love this development. The open space will be great. Add in a few trees, and it will make the space even better.

And I have no doubt the tenants Pete knows about are top-notch, as well!

Thanks! That makes sense... especially given that, in the pics they used for the tease... they covered several store brand names with clipart pics of foliage and produce. Lol!

    Thanks again!

Good lord this is fast. The apartment complex is going up like a rocket. This is how real developers do it. Extremely impressive.
