    Great pics, Pete!

I'm still wondering what the hold up for RH is. Everything around them is starting and moving quickly. Them? Nah.

As I said many many weeks ago, none of this will be built. It’s clear as day a grift. How some of you don’t see it, is perplexing to me.

None of what will ever be built?? It's been getting built for a couple years now.

Too lazy to check the previous page (where Pete posted a bunch of photos)? Anyway, where have you been lately? You're actually confusing all of us here.

He said this about the Boardwalk development and might have clicked the wrong thread...

I think you might have meant to post this in the Boardwalk at Bricktown / Dream Hotelhttps://www.okctalk.com/showthread.php?t=46342.

Yes. Sorry. I have no idea how that comment ended up in this thread. Meant for the Dream hotel thread.

Crazy how this moved to fast. Looks completed different without the cranes.

By July or August, at least Capital Grille and the hotel will be open, maybe Pottery Barn. Then most everything else (apart from RH Gallery) will be open by the fall.

I would also expect some more announcements in the summer as well as the reveal of several new-to-market restaurants for Phase II.

It's seemed to take forever but now things are progressing very quickly.

Is the office phase still projected at 100,000 square feet?

As far as I know, it's still the same height and scope as the last renderings.

There will be restaurant and retail space at ground level there, too.

Work has started at RH Gallery. Pottery Barn is flying. You can see a big Oak tree has been planted as well.

This is going to be a very nice area - and certain to be jammed for the first several weeks/months. Hopefully it will be wildly successful and encourage more development like this around the metro.

On their website, Capital Grille had previously posted the OKC location would open July 26th.

It's been changed to Fall 2024.

I guess RH is ok with opening in 2025, and mid-2025, at that, it seems. Weird that the other 2 buildings around it are basically done (with the shell, at least) and RH has not even foundation work started.

It's so great seeing the trees all leafing out.
