Fiat of Edmond to also sell Alfa Romeos!

This is extremely exciting! They are going to be one of the first in the nation to roll them back out after a 20 year absence.

Fiat of Edmond will become one of the first dealers in the United States to begin selling Alfa Romeos in nearly 20 years.

The Italian luxury cars have been available only in Europe since the mid-1990s. Alfa Romeo, founded in Milan in 1910, announced it would halt production for the U.S. market in 1995 after heavy losses.

Love Alfas and I remember when they were still sold in OKC.

I don't remember seeing them much as I was born in 93, but I have always liked those cars anyhow. They have the 4c which starts at around 55k which is nice.

Hopefully they offer their other models in diesel here.

Fiat now owns/manufactures: Fiat automobiles, Chrysler (Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram), Alfa Romeo automobiles, Lancia automobiles, Maserate automobiles, Ducato trucks, the Abarth brand, the Augobianchi brand, and 90% of Ferrari. You can already buy an Alfa Romeo Giulietta auto in disguise (the new Dodge Dart). The rumor mill says the successor to the Jeep Liberty will also be a re-skinned Alfa Romeo.

Apparently this dealership closed which is weird as they seemed to be showing decent enough sales. Anyone know if they are moving to a different part of the metro?

No, this dealership was owned by Ted Moore Auto Group, which also owns Metro Ford and Edmond Hyundai. They did not move to a different part of the metro, but simply liquidated their inventory and transferred their employees to other dealerships under the same auto group.

That’s weird so there is no Fiat or Alpha dealer now in OKC other than Paul’s Valley which technically isn’t part of the metro.

I wonder if they'll turn the building into a Genesis dealership, given the more upscale brands to the north.
