It was a rumor a couple years ago before Anthropologie opened, which is owned by Urban Outfitters. I could see them in Utica Square but I don't think there are currently any vacant spaces large enough. West Elm is taking a space that was occupied by Pier 1. The last area they have to expand is the southeast corner parking lot, or where the bank is by Saks.
I sure wish OKC could compete with Tulsa in retail firsts...
Is this where I put OKC > Tulsa?
Alamo Drafthouse???
Unless I missed it...The Art of Shaving---OKC first and only Same with L'OCCITANE

Alamo Drafthouse is expanding outside of Texas. They have locations in Denver (with a second one planned) and Kansas City. That or a Landmark theater would be nice additions in OKC and Tulsa. You could actually add the Warren Theatre to the OKC list (Moore counts right ?). Tulsa won't have one until this fall, in Broken Arrow.
Isn't Nordstrom supposedly opening a dept. store at Woodland hills mall in Tulsa?
Double post....
Not sure if Maserati has ever been here before or if there is one in Tulsa, but as far as I know this is first one so might want to add that to OKC's list.
Tulsa also has the only Ruby Tuesday in the state while OKC has Tilly's
Jackie Cooper used to have the states only Rolls Royce dealership.
If we are including the metro areas....we had the first SAMs in the state (country for that matter)
For the sake of this thread, we aren't counting restaurants.
You can add "Apple Store" to the "First in Oklahoma" list for OKC.
Bob Mills Furniture.
Lego store. Okc 1 Tulsa 0
