Grove has been growing faster, long term, than Stillwater and about any other non-metro town.

Grove is a very nice area but it doesn't necessarily have a very impressive population growth. This estimate shows a gain of 48 people between the 2010 census and 2012.

Grove (city) QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

The same comparison for Stillwater show a loss of 128 people.

Hey, Bradshaw, that is a re-creation of a frontier town not a "recreation." Also, talk about stilted - did they give everyone cue cards to read from? Very wooden.

By long term, I mean long, long, term:

Grove population growth since the year 2000: 30.1%

Stillwater population growth since the year 2000: 19.2%

I'm sure those numbers will change very quickly as any city near OKC will start to experience some pretty good growth once things REALLY start ramping up.

It's the main city on Grand Lake so I would imagine their growth is mostly retirees wanting to live on or near the lake with easy access to a small city and healthcare.
