Proposed new development at the southeast corner of Jenkins Ave and Hwy 9. This will be south of the National Weather Center and west of Avara Pharma, from whom the tract was purchased a few years ago. Plans call for a mixed-use development including retail, hotel, apartments, townhomes, etc. Current owners of the property associated with Farzaneh/Home Creations and presumably will be doing the development.
