    Default OKC Mid-Rise Appartment LLC

I was googling OKC and midrise together and came across this LLC out of Arizona.

    Anything to it?

That LLC tracks back to Transwest Partners who already own a bunch of apartment complexes in OKC:

    I'm doing some more digging.

There are no properties presently owned by that entity in Oklahoma County.

Maybe OKc is an acronym for something else.

    ^ Yep!

While I agree that the renderings may be a hyper-inflated goal for fundraising or investor backing; even if we got some 8-10 story mid-rises, it would be a tremendous step forward for that part of downtown.
