This is the home being built next to the old Sunbeam building.

And believe it or not, they have finally filed a building permit to convert the main building to housing.

And they’ll have a great view of the idiot neighbors across the street growing a full on corn crop in their damn front yard. Someone got way too into FarmVille.

I’m buying the westernmost Sunbeam “cottage” on 20th. There were about 20 workmen filing into the apartment building this week early one morning. The renovation is definitely underway.

Yes, we sold our brownstone but wanted to stay within walking distance of downtown, or at least the streetcar to downtown. And now we’ll have the Paseo, 23rd and Midtown an easy walk.

Little hard to tell but they are busy gutting the interior.

Those apartments are stunning. We’re I a renter, I’d want to live there.
