Most of the photos have this credit:
"Rob Ferguson & Oklahoma City Arts Council"

So, I'm assuming Rob Ferguson is the photographer for most of the pics. Probably several others as well (e.g. Carl Shortt Jr.).

And yes, they're awesome.
