Looks like a convenience store is planned for the southwest corner of I-35 and Covell. While I am sure everyone would prefer a Starbuck's, etc. this use should compliment the new hotel and hopefully will spur additional development.

Nice, I really wish they would build a new mall or a lifestyle center there. It would pick up a lot of traffic from Stillwater and I think Edmond could kind of become what the south end of Moore has with Norman. Hopefully if they build something, it will be an upscale indoor mall or lifestyle center and not a tacky strip mall.
