Yes, all of that south to the interstate, including Deep Fork Grill.

Downtown needs a large bank to headline a tall tower. We used to have Chase on top of the Cotter building so maybe Chase will want to get back downtown into a tower in the future? Or maybe a new First National Bank downtown. The more the better.

Midfirst website is completely down today. Returning a DNS error and has been down since early this morning around 7am. I wonder if they are having glitches or worse case have been breached/hacked.
Anyone in the know?

Well its up now (near 24 hours later I recognize). If it was a DNS error it likely was an internal IT/web admin issue rather than something malicious.

It started as a cox issue, then turned into a DNS issue. Nothing malicious, at least from what I’ve been told.
