Nice outdated footage of the Bank One building, Downtown OKC, Inc.

Ah heck, just caught that on a second view... overall, though, far better current video than anything we've seen to date.

I agree. Very nicely done. Only one outdated shot in a video that long is pretty impressive. Very good overall storytelling, and a great video for showing people more of what it would really be like to live downtown.

Basically, the only thing it's missing is a look inside some of the units.

You know what's interesting about trying to get people to move downtown... OKC has never really had people living there in the first place. It's not like they all went away and we are trying to get people to move back -- there was never much housing to begin with.

There was shopping and theaters and activity but that was from people coming into downtown, not living there. Once there became more options closer to where they actually lived, downtown died almost instantly.

I know back when they had a bunch of little apartment buildings and live-in hotels, but that couldn't have added up to much.

Even with low number compared to most other cities, I bet we have way more people living downtown now than ever.

I'm pretty sure one of the interviewed downtown residents moved out of downtown over a year ago...
