Default Anyone remember the ticket agent/concert promoter on N Classen?

Im guessing he shut down around the early to mid 80s but he used to sit on the east side of Classen around the NW 25-27th area.
    Anyone?

Yes, it was in a strip behind the "milk bottle" on 24th and Classen. I am racking my brain but can no think of the name of it. I camped out there in 1978 to get fron row tickets to the Eagles Hotel California tour.

I think it was Bench-Carson Productions. I remember when the tickets for the 1980 Eagle Long Run tour went on sale there.

Did they have any connection to Rainbow Records? It used to be behind the Milk Bottle before it moved to the corner of 23rd and Classen.

I don't mean to nitpik, but wasn't Rainbow Records always on the west side of Classen? The store close to the Milk Bottle was Records Inc., once upon a time.

Rainbow Records was behind the milk bottle, then moved to the corner on the Northwest side of the street later. Lavon Pagan worked there. He used to compete in competitive judo and was one of the top people in the state at his weight. They used to advertise on the radio during the Dr. Demento show I believe. They used to mention in their radio ads they were located behind the milk bottle.

Lavon later moved to Dallas and opened up Pagan Rhythms on Upper Greenville.
