Has anyone heard any news on the apartment complex they were planning on building in the Arts District? All I've heard are a few rumors that it may not happen. There certainly is no construction going on over at the empty lot by 4th and Walker.

We haven't gotten any updates lately. Last I heard was that the project had been delayed for unspecified reasons. I'll try to find out.
