Retail development on Czech Hall between I-40 & Reno
I found this on www.okc.gov. It shows that a permit was requested to build a large retail/restaurant area between I-40 & Reno on Czech Hall. It was from 2006. It looks pretty cool, but I wonder if it will still happen? Does anyone know? Here is the link:

It almost looks like it could be a phase three of the West End Point development, it dovetails into phase II

I love how it would have a central square it looks like and cross-streets within it.

I doubt it, that was right when the economy was peaking, economics have changed, especially these last 3 years.
