IF the MWC store closes you might as well buldoze the whole East end of Heritage Park!Good to see that new church on the West side of the mall doing so well but if Sears goes well, what else could take it's place?
Not just Sears stores, but K-Marts also. Now is a good time for Sears/K-Mart to get ahead of the trend curve and go with urban stores. Of course, they would have to come up with new name to market it under. Mabe they could relaunch the urban brand under the name Kresge or S.S.Kresge.
Just realized I posted a something covered in a previous post.

Sears to close Enid stores
ENID — The Sears store and Sears Auto Center at Enid’s Oakwood Mall will close to the public in mid-January, but no other Oklahoma Sears stores will be affected by the retailer’s most recent round of closures, the company said. The Enid store will begin its liquidation sale Oct. 31. The Enid Sears has 38 employees. “Those associates that are eligible will receive severance and have the opportunity to apply for open positions at area Sears or Kmart stores,” the company said in a statement.

Is the K Mart in Enid still open?
I'm surprised K-mart in Lawton is still open.
