    I saw at last week's Planning Commission meeting that a 5-story, 308-unit apartment complex designed by TR,i Architects out of STL has been proposed for NW 64th street, between Classen Drive & Shartel just north of Chesapeake. There were still some legal issues to work out and it still has to go before Council, but this seems like a pretty big build for that intersection (especially if the other complex gets re-built). Not sure if these renderings are purely conceptual or actual planned design. Pete, do you happen to have any other info?

    The property is owned by BD Eddie, which is the same group doing Classen Marquette in Midtown.

    They bought that property from Chesapeake, as it was part of the massive land grab under Aubrey McClendon.

    That area needs apartments and I bet this project does very well.
