What ever happened to this park? Seem to recall the land grant and plans being approved years ago, but it does not appear there has been any progress.

What's the location supposed to be? This is the first I've heard mention of it. My grandfather worked in the oilfield as a pumper (meaning he went from well to well daily to measure how much was in the tanks & that the pump jacks were working) - one of his wells was on her property, the Ruby Grant #1; it's one of the places he taught me how to drive lol.

On W. Franklin Road in Norman, runs from 36th to I-35 and From Franklin Road, south to the Fowler Toyota. It's 148 acres
