Unfortunately there is no way we can predict what happens next. It has been pretty typical of a relatively quiet period of no aftershocks over 2.5 or 3.0 for several hours and then a moderate quake occurs.
My opinion, I think we just get to accept these as the norm for now and not be shocked when things start rocking back and forth every now and then. We very well could be done with them, can expect to have another 4.0-5.0 quake, or might be lined up for something stronger if pressure is building on the fault right now.
At least this state is never boring environmentally.
