Does anyone know of a place that offers brown rice as an option instead of white rice in their sushi rolls?

Pachinko Parlor offers this option, but for an additional cost.
just doesn't sound like sushi to me
The color of the rice matters, please...
The reason I asked, is that the brown rice version is better for you and I happen to have a loved one who has some health concerns right now who would like to eat some sushi.
You may try nhinja, too. They serve sushi and I know they have brown rice as an option for some of their cooked dishes, so they may be able to make a substitution. They're located at approx. 2 blocks north of Memorial Road on May Avenue, in the strip center just across the street west from Johnnie's and Taco Bell. Look for the big orange sign.
As a point of note, sushi rice isn't just regular white rice. It's a specific kind of short grain Japanese rice that has a higher gluten content than other rices, so it sticks together more when cooked properly, something that is essential when rolling sushi. Some places also use some sugar and rice vinegar in the water mixture to give the rice a bit of flavor, and also help with its stickiness.
