Thread: Restaurant Specials/Deals?

    Default Restaurant Specials/Deals?

Anyone know of any good specials or deals restaurant's have in OKC or where kids eat free? Just curious how many places have them and when.

    • Hooters does the Wingsday Wednesday's where you get the 10-piece wings and fries for $5.99
    • Applebee's has a 2 for $20 deal
    • Texas Roadhouse has 10 dinners for $7.99 before 6pm Mon-Thur.
    • We were at Kona Ranch Saturday and saw they have an all-you-can-eat brisket, smoked turkey etc. for around $11.50/person, but you can only get 1 meat per table
    • Kid's eat free at Quizno's every day
    • Taco Cabana kid's eat free on Wednesday nights
    • Carino's had a 2 for $20 deal, but I'm not sure if they still do or not
    • Abuelo's lunch menu is from 11am - 3pm every day, including weekends and is really good

Any other places with good deals?

The original poster did say "or where kids eat free". Hooters would fit neatly into the former, as a result, with strict accordance as to how the question was asked.

El Chico gives you a 15% discount if you bring your church bulletin on Sunday. Some other places do this, too, as far as I know.

Is "kids eat free" a deal that attracts you to a restaurant? Would like more comments here.

Back in the day, ours did well when we went out. However, what or how much they'd decide to eat, well, just one of life's greater mysteries at times.
So places where the adult fare was well above passable, and there were kiddo offerings that (a) were of interest to the younger set and (b) inexpensive or no cost, yes, we took notice, even if it wasn't where we might dine sans the kiddos.

kevinpate-to-English translation: "Yes, 'kids eat free' was something that would attract us to a restaurant when we had young children."
