I love Chicken Express. LOVE IT!
So does Evelyn - we get her chicken livers. Evelyn is a dog.
I tried the one in Norman...I've kind of got mixed feelings about it. As far as the chicken goes, I think I prefer Raising Cane's. CE's mashed potatoes/gravy made me think of wallpaper paste but the corn nuggets weren't too bad. We liked the fried pickles. However - we really really liked the fried catfish!
just ate there. really enjoyed it - others in my party thought it was too greasy/heavy. I just ate too many chicken fingers!! Overall, I liked the food ...
I like Raising Canes too but I really dislike their dipping sauce and they don't have an alternative.
19th St. in Moore, just West of Telephone Rd. It's next door to Carl's Jr. across from Home Depot & Chili's.
The food was too greasy for me and I'd rather have grilled chicken than fried.
I thought it was interesting that when I was there the place was nearly full inside and out and I counted a total of 2 women and no children. It isn't terribly large inside.
I'll pass on Chicken Express, I've had better chicken strips from the Walmart Deli.
I love CX!!! Can't wait to eat there....need a paycheck, hmmm.
Stopped by tonight and it was excellent...enjoyed the 1,000 calorie biscuit and of course the corn nuggets
Only 178 ea. http://www.chickene.com/nutrition/nutritionfacts.pdf
