    Default Ace Closing

Bad news!! I just noticed that the Mustang Westlake Ace Hardware store has signs in the windows announcing they'll be closing Dec 27th.
This means I'll be driving up to 23rd & Rockwell again when I can't find what I need at 4 Seasons Lumber or Lowes.

No there's no sale notices posted. Not sure how they'll get rid of inventory. Send it back to the warehouse maybe instead of take a loss? Fixtures & etc will probably be a good buy.
When the little hdwe store on the N side of 152 a mile East of Ace went out of business in about 1992 I bought a 10" deep 4ft X 3ft 72 compartment metal cabinet from them for $35. (but in order to buy it I had to inventory & sack up about a thousand brass plbg fttgs. <LOL>)
