so essentially, Devon has blessed OKC with 2 major skyscrapers in the 2010 decade.

Anybody know if the LEDs will run the length of the tower or just be on the crown?

Have way too much time on my hands during quarantine so I made a little rendition of Bfirst tower. Not perfect but gives an idea of what it might look like at night with the new LEDs and updated glass.

Hard to tell but they have window-washing like units rigged on top of the lobby on the north side of the building (last photo below) and they have long leads that are anchored on the roof. Looks like they may be starting glasswork there soon.

The lobby itself is getting mullions installed to handle the new clear glass which should be going in soon.

probably better to get the glass installed quickly, given OKC's (ie, the world's) most violent weather is coming April and May. ..

The mullions are going to be extremely blue. They’ve started installing them on the north side of the building. I snapped a few pics I’ll try to post them.

You can see in the third and fourth photos (north face) an example of how they plan to cover the stone mullions with blue aluminum:

Are those mullions actually "stone" or is that just descriptive for the color?

The wider ones are unpolished granite.

Although I like the new blue color, covering granite with blue aluminum reminds me of the 60's when beautiful solid oak floors were covered with a more modern shag carpet lol

    They are very blue.

Will be interesting to see the first panels of glass when they start to go in.

Any news on interior work? Will the Petroleum Club see an update? I assume all other tenant space will be build as new tenants come in.

Some of the rooms were but the overall facility is very dated in my opinion. Especially the lobby and main ballroom

Oh now that you mention it, I remember that the deli moved over to BOK Park PLaza's garage. I guess I don't remember if there were any pictures from the renovated PC.

Actually, I think they are just some sort of stucco. Up close (out my window), they look a lot like a popcorn ceiling. I guess they could be granite, but I don't think so.
