NCP Fathers can also participate in a "FatherLESS Day" Stand on Sunday, June 21...

On Sunday, June 21, 2009, “Father’s Day,” fathers from the “Oklahoma Family Rights Association” will be gathering together in front of Newchurch, located at 9201 N. Rockwell in NW OKC, to “Stand” for their child(ren) whom these fathers are unable to share this day with.

The purpose of this event is to bring attention to the fact that many fathers that have been through the Family Court System are granted very little shared parenting time and they are demanding equal custody and equal time with their children.

We also want to make the general public aware of the fact that too often the Oklahoma Department of Human Services intrudes into far too many families because of distorted and false allegations filed by a custodial parent.

Basically, all we will be doing is “Standing” along the street in front of NewChurch with a few signs, i.e. “Children Need Both Parents” and “Can You Hug Your Child Today?”
