    Another one is James Uniform shop in Capitol Hill...'78 can you tell us where it was located????????The sign is still there.....Then I'll always miss Levine's ... the only place to buy Levi's and your Wedges.....Run across the street and have continental and Horseshoe taps put on immediately....."Goofy"" but man was it fun.

    I our days at Grant, you didn't wear those "kiss me quick shoes". We had black Wing tip Wedges...even had some with the "flip quick" laces then along came the cordovan...had to shine then came sneakers and then your kinda shoe.....Me, I went from cordovan's to boots and a horse yee haw.....It's snowing right now and the old horses are out in a bare pasture.....Wife won't let me bring them home cause it's cold........

    I had to ask my mom what you are talking about cordovans and wingtips....thought maybe that was some type of vintage aircraft!

    Yeah and my youngest son did a historical research why they wore those "KISS ME QUICK" shoes......Just kidding I gave in not too long ago and bought a pair of those Cole-Hahn sissy shoes.....They are comfortable but not worth a flip in the saddle...What did you think about Carltons ride?????

    I really do like the style of the '62 Corvette. I remember trying to buy one in 64...$2,250.00. Couldn't get insurance on it...dad said no. Someday.....

    I tried to buy an old car, a '58 'Vette, in 1969. The owner was asking
    $2,800! Dad said no! I about died. It was a black convertible with red
