Firelake Grand is open and buffet is being served until 10

A little late in the day now, but Pho Cuong at 29th and Classen was open around noon.

I heard that JW's at the Marriott is open, as is the restaurant at the Waterford.

We ended up going to Panang Thai(formerly padthai) on Penn just south of 240. It is fantastic.
