    Does anyone here know how the nwe residential developments are fairing downtown? Maywood, Block 42, Central Ave Villas, The Hill, The Centennial.............

    Short answer:
    Those that properly marketed and have the right pricepoint and design are doing very well. Those that don't are not doing very well.
    Long answer:
    Keep me employed. Be loyal readers of The Oklahoman and www.newsok.com.

    I contribute. I bought a sunday paper from a guy out of the back of his jeep on 23rd and Meridian last weekend.......
