Schultz's Lawsuit Losing Steam!

Let's get real:

In summary...

The remedy Schultz is asking is too far-fetched.

The team would have moved in two years.

The City of Seattle was willing to settle with Bennett & PBC.

No judge is going to attempt to rescind this sale with all the subsequent actions that she would have to deal with in unwinding the sale. Not to mention the lawsuits that would follow if attempts were made to return this team to Seattle from Oklahoma City.

That's the best news we've had since the first lawsuit was settled (and is better news for the long run). That means this is our team, and it's not going anywhere.
