John Marshall sued over ex-teacher

John Marshall sued over ex-teachers alleged behavior. I graduated from JM back in '91 and thought Coach Ellis was an old fart then. He coached Varsity Football and both boys and girls track during their huge run of state championships.

These allegations appear to be from 2006. Back when I was there, there were rumors of improper stuff, but from different teachers, not Coach Ellis. I'm guessing this is old news, but it's new to me.

Very sad if the allegations prove to be true.

Not only would the counselor and principal be civilly liable, they could go to jail too.

If the allegations are true, they are incredibly stupid people.

-- that said, lawsuits of this nature have been fabricated before.

She's not principle of JM anymore. Shes principle of my school S.E.

When the students found out about a week ago they flipped out. Today a whole bunch of yellow flyers were up from some students that had stuff along the lines of shape up or ship out. Of course all the teachers were told to tear them down.
