    I agree with all you are saying about but I want to correct this point. The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation receives no tax appropriations.

    Those are strings of construction lights hung in the scaffolding. There is a mix of incandescent and CFL lamps.

    Just a note, Tower Crane 1 is scheduled to jump 185' this weekend. The buck hoists will also jump. Tower Crane 4 will be dismantled starting Thursday.
