What are the chances the cap holds and prevents storm initiation?

Canton totally missed out??? Mesonet shows they probably picked up at least an inch in that area with some surrounding areas getting 2+.

Radar from Dodge City KS makes that storm near Beaver look like its moving NW. Interesting direction.

I like it. The only thing that gets me is everyone has a British accent! That just rubs the historical/OCD side of me the wrong way. :)
