CVS at 23rd and Classen is closing on May 16th. I'll now have to get my scripts from either NW 50th and Shartel or the one at NW 50th and May.

    Re: WinCo

I stopped going to WinCo for the same reason. Busy store and 2 lines open. Wasn't worth it to me waiting in line that long. Very frustrating as a customer.

    Re: Pike Pass

Yes, agree. I hardly ever use a turnpike, but when I do, it's nice to have the pike pass. I never regretted getting, and enjoy the convenience the few times I use it. My balance is several years old.

    Re: Chicken Salad Chick

Yes, agree with this. Then the hours were cut back, no weekends and that took my business elsewhere. It was no longer a spot to go. I'm glad to see the concept returning

I grew up in Philadelphia and have fond memories of the store when it was the entire building, meeting family at the eagle, lunch in the Crystal Tea Room, my first train came from there. I worked...

    Re: Bike-ability in OKC

I was there in early October and was amazed at the bike infrastructure they had. It was quite impressive near the hotel I stayed at.

Sorry you need to cancel, and hopefully the symptoms don't get any worse for you.
Definitely weird how things have been cancelled with people testing positive. I'm glad to hear testing is still...

    Re: Covid-19 News and Information

I went to a Christmas party at a friend's house Friday evening, maybe a 12-15 people. As of tonight/Wednesday, 4 have tested positive. I tested myself tonight, since I didn't feel so great myself...

Actually, I do contact the Action Center, for other issues but never for homeless camps. And yes, it works.

    Re: Homeless Population

Reno Ave and Western under OKC Blvd has had piles of debris lately. It just looks horrible. The constant upkeep, like Pete mentioned, must be enormous.

    Re: OKC Ignoring Blight

The whole area under OKC Blvd at Western is looking pretty bad. Piles of trash everywhere. I've seen crews out cleaning in the past, but they another sweep under that bridge.

    Also of note, the new...
