You're correct, McCaleb has never earned a penny from turnpike placement, but why kill a good rumor!

The number one issue is safety, the proposed turnpikes would no doubt make I-35 a safer Highway.

It's easier to sale this type of property if it's an empty lot. Prospective buyers don't want the added expense to remove structures.

If your a Buc-ee's fan you're in luck. Not publicly announced yet but property has been purchased at I-35 and Highway 9 for the the first Oklahoma
Buc-ee's.
