    Sorry to hear about PapaOU. He shared a lot of his southside memories with many of us at the Coit's meetings. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his CHHS alumni friends. RIP John.

    Yep, I got a message from his cousin the day he died. His sister was in my class and she died just a few years after we graduated with a brain tumor. Jerry's 93-year old mother is still alive.......

    No, Jerry didn't own the original Hollie's downtown (he graduated from Grant in 1965).... he owned the Hollie's 50's 60's club which opened in 1985. Marilyn was his manager the whole time it existed...
