That would be nice, but a better place for that would be beside the Mexican restaurant across from Hobby Lobby. There's a big open lot there that is more than big enough for another restaurant. It's...
They're digging up part of the tarmac, and doing some work in the loading dock building at the old YRC Freight Terminal at Council and SW 15. Anyone know what's going on? Personally, I'd like to see...
There's nothing wrong with another a mile away. Especially here, where you have thousands of people living nearby, what will be thousands working, and no gas station.
We won't know the number of confirmed tornadoes for at least a couple days.
Far better looking than the abomination downtown.
While I agree that a lot of people are lazy and don't want to walk more than 10 feet if they don't have to, there's a reality that the bulk of the people don't live within walking distance of...
It looks like this project is getting underway. I was driving around Lake Overholser, and they're beginning ground scraping and dirt work.
It looks like work has started on this location as they're beginning dirt work
Maybe, but at the same time, design for projects can change at any time. Even during the building process.
I've been wondering about that refinery
Anyone know if anything else is on the horizon for the I-44 Service Road between SW 89th and 104th? I'm surprised nothing else has been announced for that strip of land yet, with thousands of people...
It says "coming in 2025..,“ so, I'm guessing they want to break ground on the development pretty soon?
They've been doing a lot of work and ground clearing just south of Reno on the west side of Czech Hall. Anyone know what's going in?
I wonder how many people are living in Oklahoma (or considering it) but working in the DFW area. Yeah, it would be a long drive. However, for some, it might be worth it to avoid the high property...
The Lawton and Woodward areas need to get growing. If that can happen, then all of the major population center counties in the state will be experiencing growth. Along with numerous rural counties.
18715 Hopefully this image attachment works. If not, here's the link. https://www.census.gov/library/visualizations/2024/comm/percent-change-county-population.html It appears more and more counties...
None of what will ever be built?? It's been getting built for a couple years now.
I'm glad to see more moves on this. I've been kinda reserved about this project moving forward, and trying to not get my hopes up. That being said, they've had to spend thousands of dollars on this...
In reality, this could probably have been the case for a year or two now.
I was there checking out the progress and there were bridge segments being delivered.
A few ugly supertalls in NYC. That's it.
Those are spec builds. I don't know if any of them have any clients lined up yet, but I think they're done with construction.
Okay, cool. That's the plot I was talking about. Thanks, Pete.
They're doing earth moving next to the new Integris facility on 29th and Mustang Road. Any word whats going in? Still a lot of land waiting for development there.
